NEW DELHI -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Indian counterpart S. Jaishankar met in New Delhi on Friday in the first high-level visit from Beijing since the start of a border standoff in eastern Ladakh along the neighbors' disputed Himalayan border about two years ago.
