AUKI, Solomon Islands -- Joycelyn Funusui leaves her home most mornings before dawn, crammed among fellow travelers in the open-air back of a truck, lugging bananas and potatoes to sell in the provincial capital. The drive to the market takes eight hours. She says China has made it easier.
